      For more than 30 years Dr. Kim Serbe has greatly enjoyed serving Central Illinois as a veterinarian. After receiving her degree from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Kim Serbe started practicing in Decatur before opening her own clinic is 1995. As a true cat lover, Kim wanted a unique clinic catered to felines only, hence the name Cats Only.

    • Dr Serbe and her team are the best. They care about my 19 year old kitty as if he was their own, and have been caring for him for over 2 years now. He has a lot of issues (kidney failure being one) and Dr Serbe takes her time with him. She was the first to diagnose him correctly after he was very sick for several weeks, and other places misdiagnosed him. Dr Serbe doesn't waste your money on a bunch of testing if it isn't needed, and is mindful of my pocket book. This place is the perfect example of a good old fashioned veterinary practice. They don't make em like this anymore!

    • The staff is very friendly and helpful. We took our cat in for a urinary tract infection. They kept her isolated for testing. They kept us informed on progress. They treat cats as if they are all their own. We had to take her back for retesting and found she needed another round of medication. They had to find the medication for this from another office and the vet went on her lunch hour to pick up the medicine for our cat. These folks are “Cat-tastic” and I highly recommend them for feline care. Reception staff is wonderful!! Keep you updated, quick with the audit/discharge process.
